Dwell Within Life and Be Fully Alive

You live and then you cease to live. This is the simplicity of our existence. Therefore, we can say that you are now alive. Also, this seems logical and plausible. Basically, it is everything in a nutshell. Then why is it difficult to accept how life manifests in our existence? After all, believe it or not. You are responsible for how something unfolds. Or, at the least, you are responsible for how you observe something when it manifests. Are you consciously aware or unconsciously unaware? Do you dwell fully within life? This suggests living regardless of the form in which it manifests. Or are you a spiritless existence?

dwell

(Spiritless adj: Lacking energy or enthusiasm; listless. Lacking liveliness, charm, or surprise. I.e. “Complaining and anxious to suit your own thoughts, feelings, and opinions or those of others.”)

You are an object that experiences life. This means that you can mentally and self-consciously live life. Therefore, you will experience happiness, sadness, sickness, and death. However, this is not really you. The true you (universal self) is now manifesting through a temporary doorway called mind and body. Furthermore, what happens to this life-form does not define you. Unless you choose and allow it. This does not mean that you should resist what occurs. Rather, accept and dwell within everything because this nurtures conscious awareness. This suggests that simply living life is the grandest experience. Trust me, the sudden spaciousness and freedom within the acceptance of life will be awesome. Just let everything be. Isness of Life Is to Live and Be Here Now

Here is an example that we can use to illustrate the benefits of staying in the isness of now. Presence manifests without any reference to the mind storybook or our existence. The following insight relates to the recent article Storybook Experiences of the Mind.

isness

The isness of the moment is similar to receiving an empty box. You are truly aware that the carton is empty when you are consciously awake. You see the box for what it is in that moment. Whereas the unconscious person will likely say, what do I want with an empty box? Or will say, this box is nothing but garbage. There is usually expectations, frustrations or joy associated with receiving the box.

However, the awakened person will likely experience heightened creativity. There is more conscious space, and even more awareness to the isness of the moment. The empty box offers a doorway to the universe. Many of us have experienced this as children. A child, when given an empty box, often will concentrate solely on what is there. Still, the child does not see just an empty box. Rather, children become the isness of now. What does this mean? This means that they are consciously aware of the moment. Therefore, each experience heightens their awareness. Thus, spontaneous and ongoing creativity occurs.  Continue reading

slap

Slap Your Face and Experience Living

Yes, I am asking you to softly slap your face. (Or harder if you are into that kind of thing.) 😊 Go ahead. Do it. Why is this something that I suggest? It is to remind you of living. A smack on the cheek is real. It is now. And, it is unavoidable. Why? Because you initiated it. Is everything influencing how you live? Is this what you think or assume? Most people still think that people, things, and other forces are controlling them. Likewise, many people assume there is nothing that they can do or change to live in balance and harmony.

slap

Let’s expand on our face smacking example. We will do this to illustrate mind-conditioning and unconscious living. You might recall getting a slap on the cheek or some other similar experience. These are memories. They are no longer relevant to consciously living. Similarly, you may fear or anticipate a cuff in the face. Fear, suffering, and pleasure have become unconscious demands and anticipations. Still, this mind interference will become obvious. Then a person can let go and remain focused on now. Alive

Alive: That’s What It Is All About

You are alive. It’s great! Isn’t it? Or, do we sometime forget that it is wonderful? This article is a follow up to our discussion about enlightenment. You live. Moreover, it is possible for you to be aware; to be conscious; at least sometimes. You know this because you smell the flowers, you laugh and you feel pain. Your memory recalls sights and smells. These are part of our human experience. Still, each and every encounter is also an enlightened experience.

alive

It is best to emphasize again and again that spiritual awakening has nothing to do with reaching a divine state. Rather, it is the acknowledgement that every moment is about accepting life’s divinity. Otherwise, a person may spend an entire existence trying to find the secret of living. The act of being alive is the manifestation of life. This is not something that you define, plan or expect. It is simply about being that which manifests. Continue reading

Nike Wisdom: Just Do It

The act of thinking can cause us to detour away from consciousness. Likewise, this can be very manipulative and restrictive. You are alive! Living is primarily about being. Obviously, we do not really need to think about living. This discussion is an extension of the recent article Restrictions of Life and love. This long-running (no pun intended) Nike tennis shoe commercial offers us a universal wisdom of living.

Nike wisdom

The company’s philosophy is “Just Do It”. Nike naturally wants to promote the sale of shoes. Still, the simplicity of this insight is profound in regards to existence. Likewise, this wisdom can be very beneficial in our conscious awakening process. Also, living becomes simplified when we just do it (just allow it). Yet, additionally, there is something for us to consider. To simply be and to allow does not necessarily imply doing anything. Presence implies doing through the simple act of being. Loving to Live and Living to Love

There is something to consider about unconditional love from the level of human existence. It is important to differentiate between our species interpretations of it and its actual source. Loving unconditionally may be possible when we base our existence from within life consciousness and not species consciousness. However, there seems to be a need to use a belief, religion, and or deity to obtain true unconditional love. Must we really nurture mental illusions based on assumptions, beliefs and even science to experience it unconditional?

loving

A key to experiencing unconditional love is in the total acceptance of it.  We should not expect that it conforms to our species demands and desires. An object-based love is usually conditional. It will remain this way until we are willing to step outside of the mind-imposed boundaries. We have always attempted to instill these existence boundaries on life. This could explain why we have mostly remained in a state of conflict throughout our existence; both personally and collectively. The conflict is only within us. Conflict does not come from the universe or life. We and only we are responsible for this conflict. We often take loving and living for granted. Continue reading

restrictions

Restrictions of Life and Love

Restrictions, of all types, overshadow our daily activities. You shouldn’t do this and you can’t do that. We think and believe in this way. Please understand that the mind is always in a thinking process. However, thoughts restrict our awareness to presence.

Furthermore, it is impossible to be present when you are concentrating on these thoughts and/or emotions. Naturally, you will still notice things around you. Nevertheless, these will only be in a tunnel vision range of attention; both physically and consciously. This type of awareness is not the same as being active in presence. Therefore, these restrictions are counter-productive to expansion of object consciousness. Furthermore, these mind restrictions will cause contamination in whatever manifests. Continue reading

Puzzle Pieces to Conscious Awakening

This article is lesson 3 in our contemplation of the conscious awakening process. You have become aware of the difference between mind and consciousness. Otherwise, you would not be reading this article and thus questioning the mind-made details of your existence. The puzzle pieces are falling into place. You are now aware of this mind-made puzzle. Nevertheless, the mind can still obscure our conscious observation. However, this is changing with each experience that expands your object consciousness.

puzzle

Life and love are an ongoing sharing experience. Furthermore, the expansion of object consciousness is allowing us to experience more and more unmanifested space. This is a profound realization for us to reconnect with our essence. Moreover, we are observing our existence in a state of awareness. Therefore, we are recognizing how and why something manifests. You feel the puzzle pieces falling into place naturally. Additionally, we become conscious to our influence on everything. It is very empowering to become aware of how the pieces of this process fall into place. Continue reading

Process of Awakening Consciousness

I will be sharing personal experiences on an ongoing basis that reflect the process of awakened awareness to consciousness. Many people, perhaps all people, are aware of consciousness at a given level. However, it is not necessary to categorize how conscious you or any other person is in this moment.

process

The realization of being conscious is enough. This will allow an expansion of the portal to the vastness that is becoming conscious. Moreover, there is a balance, harmony and spaciousness that will automatically occur. It is amazing to experience the process of this natural development. It will become very obvious that everything is happening without you really needing to do anything. Continue reading

origin

Origin of Consciousness

Consciousness has been a topic of fascination and frustration throughout our evolution. This has especially been true over the last few thousand years. Scientist and doctors tell us much about how the brain functions. Many speculate on how consciousness works; still others explain theories concerning the processes involved in consciousness. Additionally, the use of religions, science and fantasy attempt to define it. However, it and its origin are still a mystery.

origin

We often relate religion and the supernatural with consciousness. The mind cannot truly comprehend it. Therefore, its origin must come from a higher source. Scientist approach most discussion of consciousness from the perspective of brain activate processes. Spirituality doesn’t really offer prove or non-prove of it. This is the practice of acceptance and non-attachment. Furthermore, this suggests that life and therefore our existence simply is. Continue reading
