Everything is energy and energy is everything. Einstein gave us a universal formula for energy. Likewise, individuals interested in physics, more precisely quantum physics, know the significance of flowing energy. Moreover, energy manifests through every object; living and also the so called non-living. It binds the universe…oops. Sorry, I almost quoted Yoda from Star Wars.

The fact is that we cannot dismiss the ramifications of flowing energy in the universe. What would happen when we take away the illusion of solid matter? Universal energy remains preserved and continual. Hence, energy is transferable. It is absolute and ever-flowing. This is regardless of the forms through which it manifests.
Energy and Consciousness
But, what is energy? Energy is almost as mysterious as consciousness. It is somehow magical. And, it is here, there and everywhere. We have established formulas and symbols that describe it; still it would seem that we have not grasped its essence. Or, have we just uncovered the mystery? Could consciousness simply be flowing energy? This is how livescience.com defines Energy.

Flowing Energy Unities Everything
Energy may be the element that unites Body (form), mind (thought) and consciousness. All three can thus exchange energy input and output. Additionally, all can freely influence this energy field. Furthermore, this readily allows energy to manifest. These are flowing frequencies that flourishes in a dimension of oneness.
This acknowledgement provides fantastic possibilities for us. Harmony and balance between living and life would blossom in our experiences. Similarly, we would feel this life energy vibration first hand. It would be mostly uncluttered by detail abstractions. Nevertheless, the dawning of self-awareness has caused an imbalance in mind and consciousness. But, life awareness can turn it all around. We can literally manifest ideas, wishes and desires within this dimension. This has always been possible. But, the fulfillment of ideas and desires will not always manifest according to our expectations. Our object energy sometimes expects something that is not in accordance with universal energy. Universal energy cannot give us what was never ours to receive. Still, what it can offer will surprise you.
