How do you observe yourself and the world in which you live? Typically, most people live in conformity with mind perception behavior. Perception, conception and eventual formulation are three traits that comprise the structure of your interaction with life. The mind functions according to a type of evolutionary blueprint interwoven with personal and collective experiences. You perceive and then you conceive in conformation with thoughts and emotions. And, this communication with the mind initiates the need for formulation. Simply said. You want and need a plan. Okay, you might be familiar with what I have just written. Nevertheless, this is useful in aligning your focus on difficulties that can manifest if you live strictly from the mind.
In example, your perception occurs as a mental function. This is unavoidable. Thus, perceiving is intuitive. And, this spontaneous behavior is usually conditional. Therefore, the act of perceptual conceiving is misleading during the mind’s attempts to create meaningful representations about how you live. But aware presence alters the flow and depth of your observation during any moment. Still, don’t expect to always live in a state of conscious awareness. It is a process and an inner development that you practice living at any moment during active awareness.
