A sharing process invokes expansion. Moreover, this development is twofold. Therefore, the mind (intelligence) and consciousness (object and universal) benefits. Furthermore, we wish to experience universal consciousness and the divinity of our existence. We can achieve this by shifting from mind-generated energy (thought patterns and conditioning restrictions) into (uninhibited) awareness. This could be considered an evolutionary crossroad.
The mind is a marvelous work of evolution. However, thoughts, emotions, ego and primarily conditioned reactions inhibit the flow of life and awakening to consciousness. The one or the other may appear to contribute in our development; but they also have a down side. Many traits have evolved through processes of conditioning, manipulation and restrictions. Therefore, we should become aware, observe and restore balance and harmony in our existence.
The course of our evolution has established these behavior tendencies. Nonetheless, the essences of these human traits exist in a stream of consciousness. Therefore, it is imperative that we strive to become more awakened, more conscious. Likewise, this suggests going beyond the mind and or self-consciousness. The space of universal consciousness remains unchanged. However, the flow of the energy within it is susceptible to influence. This can result from mind generated energy or conscious awareness. Our daily exercise is the realization of presence and the possibilities we have within this realm.
Crossroad: A Sharing Experience
How can we accurately describe or discuss life and consciousness? It is impossible. The use of any word, symbol or definition is only an attempt to understand the unknown. However, sharing and discussing human existence and life consciousness are stepping stones. Likewise, these serve as directional finders that can be beneficial on your journey. Nevertheless, these things are at best sign posts. We are standing at a crossroad that is neither here nor there. Realize deeply that you have always been home and therefore, can always experience your divine nature.
This reminds me of the “Tao Te Ching” Book 1 “The Character of Tao”. This is an excerpt from ‘The Wisdom of Laotse’ by Lin Yutang
1. On the Absolute Tao
“The Tao that can be told of
Is not the Absolute Tao;
The Names that can be given
Are not Absolute Names.
The Nameless is the origin of Heaven and Earth;
The Named is the Mother of All Things.
Therefore:
Oftentimes, one strips oneself of passion
In order to see the Secret of Life;
Oftentimes, one regards life with passion,
In order to see its manifest forms.
These two (the Secret and its manifestations)
Are (in their nature) the same;
They are given different names
When they become manifest.
They may both be called the Cosmic Mystery:
Reaching from the Mystery into the Deeper Mystery
Is the Gate to the Secret of All Life.”
