Anchor Away It Is Smooth Sailing Ahead

Be truthful to yourself. You often feel a sensation of disorientation relating to how you live life. Thus, you feel confusion. Nevertheless, you still acknowledge an openness and clarity originating from the depth and core of your being. This spaciousness within you is calm and soothing. Your well-being and long-lasting bliss seem so close in such a moment of conscious presence. However, it seems there is always something that prevents you from remaining in the awareness of an unconditional beingness. There is always a thought, emotion, person or situation that interferes and distracts you. A weight grips you tightly and holds you in the shadows of the mind. And, this weight is an anchor that restricts you from moving forward into the light of conscious awareness.

anchor

Anchor the Self Within the Presence of Being

The weight of the minds anchor increases throughout life. The burden of this anchor consists of thoughts, emotions, assumptions, labels and even beliefs. But, all of which are only phantoms and thus, illusions of the mind. However, evolution, social development and these repetitive unconscious behavior patterns result in a conditional mind. So, the mind fools you.

Still, you desire conscious enlightenment within the flow of life. Therefore, realize that living life is similar to sailing a boat. And, a well-trimmed sailboat with minimal cargo onboard gives you the opportunity to sail almost anywhere. (Conscious presence without mind detail baggage.) Similarly, the beingness of your person sails best within a virtual domain of unconditional possibilities. Thus, the focus of your presence of being determines how and where you glide within the flow of life. On the other hand, the mind is cautious, selective and resistant. Therefore, it is not uncommon for the mind to repeatedly throw an anchor overboard as it questions and labels everything. Continue reading

Expansion of Flowing Conscious Isness

You want fulfillment. Perhaps, through conscious enlightenment. But, most people seek confirmation of their existence through acts of mind intervention. Thus, the pursuit of satisfaction is a game that involves needing something outside of yourself. What happens when you no longer focus on your human nature? Yes, this seems strange to visualize. Still let’s consider an experience when you felt unification with your surroundings. The presence of other people, places or situations was compatible to your sense of presence in such a moment. Is it accurate to describe this experience as a conscious expansion beyond time and space? And, no, I am not trying to be dramatic. The vastness of this expansion is so intense that you lose your identity as a person. You free-fall with no definitions or boundaries. This is an instant of non-attachment to thought or emotion.

expansion

Your aware isness becomes the focus of presence that nurtures conscious energy flow and expansion. Concepts of time and space fade as the total presence of being prioritizes the act of living. The physical and mental part of you will continue to function. But, the conscious flow of aware presence primarily focuses on the isness of being. The isness of living suggest the act of existing as something, which for us means human existence. And, isness is the state of anything as it is now. So, are you unconsciously or consciously living?  Continue reading

Yin Yang and Various Diversities of the Mind

Are you familiar with the term Yin yang (Yinyang)? The origin of this word is obscure. But, there are inscriptions dating to Chinese divination practices in the 14th century that use this symbolization. The representation of this symbol invokes ideas of duality in most contemporary people. And, essentially, this is accurate. However, a strictly dualistic understanding and interpretation of this word is inadequate. Conditional behaviorism (law of effect) restricts our conscious perceptivity of the oneness within that, what we deem as opposites.

yin yang

I tend to dive deep into existential and philosophical ideas. Thus, some people view my articles as tedious. Therefore, here is a short-form synopsis of our discussion today before I continue. This is the focus point of the article. Through daily practice unlearn what you have learned, let go and expand the depth of conscious presence in all experiences. Firstly, the mind loves interpreting and judging almost everything as separate and opposite. Often, the mind will tell you something is wrong and must be different. This bias behavior results from unconscious conditional factors. Nevertheless and Henceforth, observe the whole instead of the pieces. The oneness within being is the depth and truth of Yinyang. Thus, focus on your conscious beingness within aware presence.

Suffering Is Unnecessary and You Know It so Let Go

Something is always happening to you. And, the mind interjects thoughts and emotions as reactions to these daily situations. Thus, often this overwhelming mental behavior causes suffering because the mind interprets an experience as bad or unacceptable. Let’s use the example of hitting your finger with a hammer to illustrate. You hit your finger and it hurts. This is a fact. But, the mind construes the hurt finger as a drama due to countless reasons that are fictional illusions. Hence, thoughts and feelings attachment themselves to the pain in your finger. This mental behavior then becomes a repetitive pattern, if you are unaware, that might continue for minutes, hours or days. And, this causes the suffering that you feel.

suffering

A person hits their finger with a hammer and it hurts. Nevertheless this is pain and not suffering. Suffering is an inflection of the mind in an unaware person that can eventually result in mental and bodily dysfunction. Experiences stimulate the brain. Coincidentally, the mind then tries to interpret, define and label all brain stimuli. Accordingly, this usually causes an unaware person to feel confusion and anxiety during most experience. Why? Obviously, because there is not any sense of conscious presence. Unconscious behavior induces illusions of complexity. But, these illusions are only of the mind and usually not derived from any actuality of presence. Continue reading

How Is Your Partnership with Life?

You are a manifestation of life energy and the essence of being is ultimately universal. Therefore, do not cling to the mind or the details of our existence in an attempt to experience the conscious nature of being. This being is the isness of living. Do not allow the mind to play its games with you. Life engulfs you as a frequency within a universal flow. Acknowledge the act of being. Realize that you determine the manifestation of this flow through your partnership with life.

partnership

Thus, you are the center of the universe and everything is spiraling outward and inward. You reflect all things such as a shadow that always accompanies the object that casts it. Hence, you are within and without, absolute as one in a state of beingness. Practicing presence is being the isness of presence. The mind does not want to acknowledge the difference between living and a true state of aliveness. Your awareness to the life that is within and surrounding you basically determines how you experience everything. Continue reading

voice

Should I Listen to the Voice in My Head?

Doesn’t it seem as if there is always someone talking to you from inside your head? It feels as if there is someone, other than yourself, or something within you that interacts with life and living. People call this phenomenon intuition, a gut feeling, sixth sense or an inspiration, to name a few. Is this a type of mind feedback? Or, does this sensation originate from beyond mind and body? This voice is a vibrational energy presence that manifests through the brain. Therefore, are these occurrences of the mind? Indeed, the majority of people think and believe that these are strictly mind reactions.

voice

Most certainly the mind interferes, thus can influence the voice within you. Nevertheless, know that how you interact and respond to this mind feedback decides how you live. Likewise, do you sense something that is beyond mind interaction or manipulation? Yes, the mind diverts your focus to a thought or feeling. However, the presence of your being acknowledges something more in the background of your life experiences. Your practice is to awaken to the depth of your person within a conscious presence of being. This is the evolution of consciousness that is individual and equally universal, both are one. rule

Rule of Engagement During Your Experiences

The article title is a point of emphasis for our discussion. However, please don’t focus on the words. Many people function day-to-day by using a rule of engagement behavior during the act of living. People use these codes of conduct in countless situations. Still, this behavior is strictly of the mind. Nevertheless, is it possible to live without attaching your state of being to these mind patterns? Yes, it is easier than you think. The question to ask is are you ready to live life outside of a mind-made box? The purest expression of living is unconditional, in the flow of aware silence. Stillness doesn’t mean that you are free of thoughts. Instead, it suggests that you live without attaching your sense of self to thoughts and feelings. There, in this space, is where consciousness flows. And, consciously living offers harmony and balance.

rule

People and situations change. And, changes are constant. Nonetheless, the mind does its best to understand everything, including why everything changes. And, the mind lures you into playing its game of questions, searching and labeling.  So, you want to understand everything by asking how, why and what. But, ultimately, there is only one question beneficial to consciously living in presence. Ask yourself. Why must you understand anything? Yes, of course, there are things in our daily activities that require our attention. Thus, for practical purposes, we must understand some things. But, this should be the extent of our need to understand. Still, the mind reacts, often radically, to change and the need to understand. Continue reading

hope

Hope Without Worry

Hope changes everything. At least, this is what we are told. But, hoping for something is the same as expecting something. Thus, this expectancy causes attachment. And, attachment causes frustration, anxiety and worry. Therefore, these behavior patterns overwhelm most people that unconsciously live life from the mind. Additionally, the mind misleads us with continual distractions. This interference confuses us during daily experiences and on the path of our inner self-discovery. The mind uses our attachment to thoughts, feelings and worldly details to suppress conscious awareness. In other words, the mind stops us from being conscious of consciousness. Thankfully, the practice of aware presence within our state of being offers conscious enlightenment.

hope

To unlearn what you have learned is a beneficial stepping stone. This suggests unlearning useless mind behavior that does not nurture your conscious self-awakening. Let’s consider how often you hope for something as an example of insignificant mind activity. Expectation is synonymous with hope. Therefore, please be honest with yourself in answering the following question. How often do you anticipate (want/expect) something? The need and expectancy for something continuously happens, regardless of a persons’ level of conscious awareness. The only difference between an unaware or consciously aware person is in their observation of the mind’s behavior. Any person has the potential to consciously awaken to a state of aware presence. devices

Devices of the Mind and How You Live

We convince ourselves that there must be a reason for living. And, there are many devices that the mind uses in attempts to justify life and living. Thus, our mental development uses, among other attributes, the power of beliefs to facilitate its needs. The awakening of our self-consciousness started a chain of events that complicate our existence due to these mind devices. Nevertheless, self-consciousness, when observed and applied correctly, is a portal to living in a state of enlightened beingness. There is an evolutionary process, of mind, body and consciousness that is an ongoing development. Strangely, the mind insists on dominating our evolution through behavior tendency. Therefore, both the physical body and conscious presence wither in the mind’s shadows. And, these mind interventions contaminate the flow and manifestation of universal energy.

devices

Additionally, mind clutter such as thoughts and feelings cause confusion and fear. The details of our existence add static to the flowing vibrations of the universe. This clouds conscious clarity and restricts our awareness to living in the presence of our beingness. Continue reading

Calculate, Delegate and Consolidate Beyond the Mind

Are we dependent on the mind? And, does the mind have the ability to truly calculate the depth of our conscious interaction with life? Did you answer these questions with a yes? That’s fine if you did.  After all, the mind calculates. That is what it does. Therefore, the mind analyses and, in its own interest, tells you to say yes. However, let’s attempt to consciously step beyond the mind.  And, in the same moment also be aware that the mind is still there. It sounds confusing but don’t let thoughts manipulate your state of conscious being. Acknowledge that the conditional mind is like a box. Therefore, let’s use the cliché go outside the box. To illustrate conscious presence.

calculate

Indeed! How would it be to live beyond the limitations of the mind. Recognize that it is possible to consciously live and still use the mind. Imagine how it would be to fully live without the mind interfering. Continue reading
