Bottle of Water and the Flow of Life

Let’s do an experiment in the attempt to initiate conscious awareness of your presence. You need a glass and a bottle of water to conduct this exercise. The task itself is easy. Pour the liquid from the bottle into the glass. Thus, you might discover the presence of your being within the water as it flows. However, whether you recognize conscious presence or not depends on how you observe the water flowing from the bottle. What is the focus of your being as you interact with the liquid?

Many individuals that read what I have just written will perhaps label me as crazy, or at the least, eccentric. Why do I ask you to consider your relationship with the water as it flows into the glass? Most likely, you are thirsty and don’t care about focusing on the act of pouring water. Nevertheless, everything evolves from your perception so let’s continue. Continue reading

Conceptual Mind Behavior Restricts Aware Presence

Time is such an absurd tool of the mind. And, yet, the majority of people still think and believe that this mind-made conceptual structure defines everything a person experiences. But, let’s travel to another planet somewhere in the universe. Strangely, the developing species of a distant planet would contradict our mathematics and timeline structures. Instead, this alien civilization labels our calculation of one year as one month. Furthermore, what we structure as one month is one day.

conceptual

And, likely, another planet on the other side of the universe would structure conceptual time in a completely different fashion. Thus, it seems likely that everything is a mind structure that depicts illusions that overshadow the presence of being. Therefore, in example, any given person conceives the concept of time as moving very fast. While, another person manifests a timeline that is slow. Neither are accurate or tangible. Nevertheless, the usage of our presence determines how we interact with life. Thus, conceptual mind behavior influences the manifestation of our beingness. Continue reading

Awaken to the Aware Presence of Being

A conscious awakening will release your hold on the demands and details made by the mind. Therefore, now is the time for you to awaken to the essence of your person and being. This process allows you to live and to be on a compatible frequency with life instead of against it. You can relearn and respond to life without the need to define yourself or control how you live. Thus, you clearly and consciously observe the outcome of your interaction with life.

awaken

You realize that desiring, demanding, and receiving are mind concepts that restrict conscious spaciousness within the act of living. But, still, these concepts and behavior attempt to superimpose themselves onto your life experience. This causes attachment and dependency to insignificant details if you are unaware. Thus, you live life in a type of unconscious sleep that allows you to exist. But. not to freely and openly live life. A behavior pattern of unconscious living is very manipulating and restrictive to conscious evolution. And, the mind narrates stories and assumptions onto your presence of being. Thus, these unconscious patterns of living continue because you misinterpret and believe what the mind tells you.

Expansion of Flowing Conscious Isness

You want fulfillment. Perhaps, through conscious enlightenment. But, most people seek confirmation of their existence through acts of mind intervention. Thus, the pursuit of satisfaction is a game that involves needing something outside of yourself. What happens when you no longer focus on your human nature? Yes, this seems strange to visualize. Still let’s consider an experience when you felt unification with your surroundings. The presence of other people, places or situations was compatible to your sense of presence in such a moment. Is it accurate to describe this experience as a conscious expansion beyond time and space? And, no, I am not trying to be dramatic. The vastness of this expansion is so intense that you lose your identity as a person. You free-fall with no definitions or boundaries. This is an instant of non-attachment to thought or emotion.

expansion

Your aware isness becomes the focus of presence that nurtures conscious energy flow and expansion. Concepts of time and space fade as the total presence of being prioritizes the act of living. The physical and mental part of you will continue to function. But, the conscious flow of aware presence primarily focuses on the isness of being. The isness of living suggest the act of existing as something, which for us means human existence. And, isness is the state of anything as it is now. So, are you unconsciously or consciously living?  Continue reading

Are You Hot-wired by a Conditioned Mind?

Do you know the term hot-wired? This expression is helpful to illustrate mind behavior that restricts conscious presence. The mind hot-wires most of your experiences. But, conscious awareness has the potential to stop the mind’s intrusion into your state of active presence. Indeed, active awareness is a catalyst for conscious energy expansion into your beingness.

hot-wired

Hot-wiring is to start the engine of a motor vehicle by short-circuiting the ignition. Aware presence nurtures conscious living. However, the mind usually short-circuits your conscious awareness. Therefore, the mind steals your sense of presence. Thus, the mind distracts you with thoughts, emotions and conditioned behavior. And, an unaware person accepts and believes that they are these thoughts and feelings. But, usually, most thoughts have nothing to do with the present moment. Furthermore, these are strictly mind illusions that distract a person from conscious presence. Continue reading

Suffering Is Unnecessary and You Know It so Let Go

Something is always happening to you. And, the mind interjects thoughts and emotions as reactions to these daily situations. Thus, often this overwhelming mental behavior causes suffering because the mind interprets an experience as bad or unacceptable. Let’s use the example of hitting your finger with a hammer to illustrate. You hit your finger and it hurts. This is a fact. But, the mind construes the hurt finger as a drama due to countless reasons that are fictional illusions. Hence, thoughts and feelings attachment themselves to the pain in your finger. This mental behavior then becomes a repetitive pattern, if you are unaware, that might continue for minutes, hours or days. And, this causes the suffering that you feel.

suffering

A person hits their finger with a hammer and it hurts. Nevertheless this is pain and not suffering. Suffering is an inflection of the mind in an unaware person that can eventually result in mental and bodily dysfunction. Experiences stimulate the brain. Coincidentally, the mind then tries to interpret, define and label all brain stimuli. Accordingly, this usually causes an unaware person to feel confusion and anxiety during most experience. Why? Obviously, because there is not any sense of conscious presence. Unconscious behavior induces illusions of complexity. But, these illusions are only of the mind and usually not derived from any actuality of presence. Continue reading

Discover the Depth of Inner Consciousness

The following is an example of conscious awakening that illustrates how the mind dominates our experiences when we are unaware. The mind has countless thoughts and many emotions that can influence how we live. The type of influences vary from irritation to anger, relaxation to hypertension or contentment to severe depression. Thus, thoughts and emotions causes various, often radical reactions in the behavior of an unconscious person. This results due to a lack of aware conscious living. Therefore, and obviously, awareness blossoms when we discover the essence of consciousness as the presence of our being.

I share with you a dialogue that I had with myself during a particular experience. My self-dialogue might, at first glance, seem abstract and slightly confusion for you. Therefore, I suggest reading the example. Then focus on your own inner beingness and the essence of your presence as you ponder the experience I share. Then, at your convenience, reread the article. The inner conversation I offer you happened as I became aware of the mind’s influence on my behavior. Here is the inner transaction with myself… Continue reading

How Is Your Partnership with Life?

You are a manifestation of life energy and the essence of being is ultimately universal. Therefore, do not cling to the mind or the details of our existence in an attempt to experience the conscious nature of being. This being is the isness of living. Do not allow the mind to play its games with you. Life engulfs you as a frequency within a universal flow. Acknowledge the act of being. Realize that you determine the manifestation of this flow through your partnership with life.

partnership

Thus, you are the center of the universe and everything is spiraling outward and inward. You reflect all things such as a shadow that always accompanies the object that casts it. Hence, you are within and without, absolute as one in a state of beingness. Practicing presence is being the isness of presence. The mind does not want to acknowledge the difference between living and a true state of aliveness. Your awareness to the life that is within and surrounding you basically determines how you experience everything. Continue reading

The Self is a complex and core subject in many forms of spirituality. Two types of Self are commonly considered—the Self that is the ego, also called the learned, superficial Self of mind and body, egoic creation, and the Self which is sometimes called the “True Self”, the “Observing Self”, or the “Witness”. In Hinduism, the Ātman (Self), despite being experienced as an individual, is actually a representation of the unified transcendent reality, Brahman.[42] Our experience of reality doesn’t match the nature of Brahman due to māyā.  (Wikipedia) Continue reading

relative

A Relative Reality so What Is Real?

Relative reality as a discussion topic can be confusing when the mind uses too much energy thinking about reality. What is real? What is not real? Could and should we consider a relative reality to be fundamental to our existence?  We might even suggest that nothing is possible without reality. A third perspective is not to associate these two words with anything, whether we call something real or not. But, this might first seem derogatory to our understanding of reality. Another word commonly used for relative is relativism.

relative

Relativism is the idea that points of view have no absolute truth or validity. They only have relative, subjective value according to viewpoint and circumstances. (Wikipedia) There are many understandings of relativism. The church; for example, considers any association with this concept to be a denial of absolute truth.

Reality is the state of things as they are, rather than as they may appear or might be imagined. (Wikipedia) Yes, we can accept this statement for practical day to day purposes. However, this definition has no true validity, consciously and spiritually speaking.  Is beingness possible as unmanifested and manifested energy? If yes, does the manifested have more reality than the unmanifested? And, vice versa? Or, is everything relative? Continue reading
