The world has become a playground filled with mental and materialistic superficiality. And yes, there are many things that we enjoy as human beings. This encourages us to continue on and want more. Still, deep within we already know that more will never be enough. Thus, we complain. And, frustration overshadows our day to day activities. Furthermore, reaching for more invokes attachment and dependency. Everyone expects more to be waiting for them down the road or just around the next corner. Therefore we seek and wish for a life in paradise. People refer to this behavior as the Tahiti Syndrome.
Yes, a paradise is within your reach. But, you won’t live in paradise if you use the mind trying to get you there. A deeper awareness of living opens the portal to conscious presence. And, the practice of an unconditional presence of being offers the pure peace you seek. Our experiences are manifestations flowing from frequencies within universal energy. Equally, it is plausible and acceptable to write that we tap into this stream of vibrating energy. And, our use of universal energy either unconsciously or consciously happens in any given moment.
Living in Paradise Should not Be Just a Dream
People typically seek paradise through mental and materialistic factors. Unknowingly, the dream of a peaceful existence becomes dependent of these mind manifestations. Therefore, everyone unconsciously assumes that the fulfillment of their expectancies is necessary. An example is someone spontaneously moving from one place to another with the intention of finding happiness somewhere else. A beneficial lesson is to acknowledge that your self-being is something you always take with you. This is regardless of where you go and what attempts you make to find something better. Now, please do not misinterpret what I have written. Indeed, there are situations that require changes depending on your individual development. These changes are part of the human experience.
Nevertheless, establishing the wish for fulfillment based on your attachments to the mind will never give you true inner peace. The experience of true balance and harmony remains a Catch-22 scenario until you awaken from the mind’s dream of paradise.
