Expansion of Flowing Conscious Isness

You want fulfillment. Perhaps, through conscious enlightenment. But, most people seek confirmation of their existence through acts of mind intervention. Thus, the pursuit of satisfaction is a game that involves needing something outside of yourself. What happens when you no longer focus on your human nature? Yes, this seems strange to visualize. Still let’s consider an experience when you felt unification with your surroundings. The presence of other people, places or situations was compatible to your sense of presence in such a moment. Is it accurate to describe this experience as a conscious expansion beyond time and space? And, no, I am not trying to be dramatic. The vastness of this expansion is so intense that you lose your identity as a person. You free-fall with no definitions or boundaries. This is an instant of non-attachment to thought or emotion.

Your aware isness becomes the focus of presence that nurtures conscious energy flow and expansion. Concepts of time and space fade as the total presence of being prioritizes the act of living. The physical and mental part of you will continue to function. But, the conscious flow of aware presence primarily focuses on the isness of being. The isness of living suggest the act of existing as something, which for us means human existence. And, isness is the state of anything as it is now. So, are you unconsciously or consciously living? 

The Expansion of Conscious Beingness

You experience conscious enlightenment within the manifestation of your experiences. And, probably more often than you realize. But, the mind usually distracts you from these energy vibrations that nurture aware conscious expansion. The flow of conscious presence provides opportunities for you to experience a self beingness free of attachments and dependency. And, unrestricted self awareness is the totality of conscious being that engulfs you.

Thoughts, emotions and daily interactions dominate how most people live. This way of living is the mind game I mention in the first paragraph. So, why not simply modify the game rules. Thus, you change this mind domination to conscious presence liberation through the practice of aware beingness. Openly observe the mind and persistent behavior patterns. Look at your mind as a child that lacks discipline and respect. Simply stop listening and don’t react when the mind has a tantrum and seeks your attention. Then, openly and firmly tell the mind that these thoughts and emotions are not significant to you. The mind quiets into a state of stillness and submission as you continue to practice this exercise.
