The mind tells you that everything is a process consisting of a start, finish and thus, conclusion during the life you live. The internet dictionary also defines this word as follows. The end or finish of an event or process. But what about how you actually live life during this process? Your presence is an ongoing occurrence, let’s call this the beingness of presence. Therefore, this state of presence is now. This should be obvious. Otherwise, you would not experience being here. Nevertheless, the mind seeks reasons for something and conclusions to everything.
Thus, thoughts and emotions distract your sense of being. The mind assesses. And, either unconscious or conscious interactions with the mind determine how you observe the beingness of your presence in life. Yes, there will still be various, often countless, details within the manifestation of the life you live. But please understand that your self-observation, mind and these details establish your presence of being. Therefore, my question to you. How do you choose to be?

But the mind wants conclusions and will insist on analyzing life by any means and at any cost. The price you pay is a lack of conscious awareness and this can even cause physical discomforts and mental suffering. The brain formulates thoughts in attempts to justify how the mind thinks, especially to reach a conclusion. But life is not something to conclude so that living is over and done. Living should be the conscious and absolute experience of presence, here and now. Please consider what I have just written. The mind’s behavior and the brain’s processing abilities always conjure assumptions, beliefs, illusions, untruth and stories into your existence. However, aware consciousness during the manifestation of presence prevents the mind from distracting or confusing you with these insignificant details.
