Discover the Depth of Inner Consciousness

The following is an example of conscious awakening that illustrates how the mind dominates our experiences when we are unaware. The mind has countless thoughts and many emotions that can influence how we live. The type of influences vary from irritation to anger, relaxation to hypertension or contentment to severe depression. Thus, thoughts and emotions causes various, often radical reactions in the behavior of an unconscious person. This results due to a lack of aware conscious living. Therefore, and obviously, awareness blossoms when we discover the essence of consciousness as the presence of our being.

I share with you a dialogue that I had with myself during a particular experience. My self-dialogue might, at first glance, seem abstract and slightly confusion for you. Therefore, I suggest reading the example. Then focus on your own inner beingness and the essence of your presence as you ponder the experience I share. Then, at your convenience, reread the article. Discover the Self Within the Presence of Being

Any circumstance seems difficult if you react to the mind instead of responding to your beingness within life and change. Change is the one true constant in the universe. Therefore, consciously observe the mind. Accept the flow of thoughts and emotions. The majority of these mental patterns are repetitive behavior about experiences that are not relevant to the presence of being. This means most of your thoughts and emotions are insignificant to being here and now. You discover stillness within the inner self and isness of conscious beingness. Thus, allow thoughts and emotions to manifest and flow just as the beingness of being manifests and flows. However, do not use any unnecessary energy to accept, debate or reject the minds interaction with your beingness.

Actively, consciously and calmly assure the mind that you will not take any mental output seriously. Furthermore, confidently affirm that you are no longer going to play along with any mind games. Henceforth, the mind will adjust its behavior to accommodate your conscious state of being. Additionally, the mind changes from a dominate antagonist into a useful partner that nurtures your presence as a conscious being. You are a sensitive person. And, this characteristic is a wonderful virtue to have as a person. However, this sensitivity can cause difficulties unless you are actually aware of your presence during daily activities. Therefore, conscious observation of the mind is a priority. Equally, the isness of your beingness is the primary focus of living in any given moment.

This is a learning process to practice as often as possible. The mind will continue to interject thoughts and emotions into your experiences. However, the significance of any mental behavior becomes less dominating during the manifestation of your presence.
