Your Existence Is the Gateway to Love

Wouldn’t it be much easier to simply love and live without the reasons why? And no, I am not suggesting the impossible. This is probably the key insight of my latest book and definitely the heartthrob of our existence. It is possible to live in harmony with life and to unconditionally love ourselves and all people and things. It sounds great to write or say this. However, accepting it and allowing it often seems to cause us great difficulty.

existence

Ask yourself these questions. Is the manifestation of love in my existence usually flowing naturally? Or is it manipulated and restricted by the burden of thoughts, emotions, details, and reasons? It will not benefit your experience of love by saying you love someone because of this or that. In the end it comes down to a universal simplicity.

Do you wish to love? How do you desire to live? It may seem that this is an oversimplification of something that has always been a mystery. However, what do you have when you remove the excess baggage associated with love? This is a weight that has accumulated in our attempts to love and be loved by someone. Nevertheless, it was, is, and will always be within our power to change how we observe and experience love and life. The next stepping stone on this journey involves understanding deeply that because has nothing to do with love. Continue reading

Walking Barefoot on Grass! Oh, What a Feeling

Beyond the realm of the mind is a magical mystery. We interpret and define it through words such as consciousness, oneness, and even love. It is a softness in the air that surrounds everything. This softness is always there, even when we have forgotten. Its softness is like a rose petal after a spring shower. Do you remember the quietness of walking barefoot on Grass?

Grass

We experience tranquility as a spring breeze embraces our body and awakens our soul. The leaf of a tree slowly unfolds; it offers us beauty untold. Close your eyes and release the mind’s hold; there you will find riches sweeter than gold. Continue reading

Greatest Gift of Life: It Is You

Are you willing to acknowledge that it is possible to tap into the universal intelligence of life? It is in you and surrounds you. Moreover, it is you. Every person is doing the best he or she can. This is reflective of a person’s current state of conscious awareness. The world is awakening and we are living more consciously. Likewise, our unbiased acknowledgement and conscious interaction with everything is our gift to life. Furthermore, it is possible for the energy of life to become consciously aware of itself through our awareness of it. Humankind will observe new perspectives and experience new possibilities. This will unfold as we accept our true essence and allow this to flourish, unencumbered by the mind.

“Now is the time to allow life to engulf you; as it has always done. Through this acceptance, you become what you have always been. We are sharing the gift of life and love and understanding is our path.”

What role do you have in the ultimate experience of life? You, after all, determine the priority of your existence through your interaction or non-interaction with the mind. Therefore, you can decide if you wish to only exist or do you wish to actively live? Continue reading

stillness

Stillness Prevails When You Are Ready

We believe enlightenment needs stillness. Therefore, consciously awakened individuals desire silence. But, this search causes a paradox.  It is a pursuit that often causes expectancies and demands.  This is because of our need to place labels on everything. Obtaining enlightenment through stillness is one such label. So, we expect and demand tranquility as a prelude to the experience of enlightenment. Hence, this behavior causes a thirst that we usually cannot quench. But, silence is always prevailing. Being still is perhaps the most natural act of being. There is a slight whisper of stillness in the background of every person, every situation and every moment. Nevertheless, we must first learn how to experience it, unite with it, and essentially become it.

stillness

A movie scene depicts a massive tidal wave approaching the shoreline. The clock is ticking and danger is everywhere. The hero stands together with the woman that he loves. The camera zips between the tidal wave and the two people. The hero must jump over a gaping crevice, fight the bad guys, and jump in an airplane. He must do all this while carrying the woman that he loves. There is only a moment before the huge wave crashes into the shoreline. The water will completely devastate the land and destroy everything in its path. Continue reading

You Are Blissful Conscious Enlightenment

Many people wish to reach spiritual enlightenment because we interpret this as something that will give us peace. We assume this will make us happy. However. must we feel good or must everything be blissful before we can experience enlightenment? This is unlikely because a universe of objects is not permanent. There will always be changes occurring that can cause confusion and discomfort.

blissful

Enlightenment does not necessarily become obvious only when we are happy and healthy. Conscious awareness is possible through the relationship with the self, the mind, and the universe. This determines how we experience everything. We either acknowledge and accept enlightenment or not.

Therefore, it is wise to experience any situation as a human being. But understand that true enlightenment is beyond superficial details and limitations. Our behavior and perception are usually based on a conditioned mind. Thus, the mind can actually limit us from experiencing life first-hand. Similarly, the mind paints a picture that illustrates blissfulness as a portal to enlightenment. But, it is the other way around. We accept our state of enlightened being and bliss blossoms. Essence of Life: It Flows and Love Grows

What do you feel about life energy and love? It would seem that life offers the potential for love. But living and loving have become a mind-game. The essence of life and love have become lost in the details of the mind.

essence

What is Love? We talk about it. And we desire it more than anything. But our behavior implies that we don’t know much about love. The truth has simply become obscured by too much content. Still we do know love. We feel it in the depth and essence of our being. This knowledge is within the dimension of life. Life and love have become synonymous. We know this as truly as we can innately sense universality. This is the true oneness of life and love. Continue reading

Essence of Love within You

What is the essence of Love? This presents a difficult problem for the human mind. It repeatedly asks this question and many others. What is consciousness, what is life and what am I? These are a few examples. Additionally, love compels many people to acts of bravery in which a person will risk everything for love. Nevertheless, we don’t truly know what it is. We may never mentally “know” what it is; but we can experience it…we can even unite with it. Isn’t this what is occurring in the dimension of aware consciousness?

essence

Love is an active vibration in life. Furthermore, it is perhaps the essence of consciousness. Who can say for sure? However, it is there. However, we can sense love in the same manner as we have always sensed that there is “something” that we have chosen to call consciousness. Continue reading

Raining Cats and Other Illusions

You may be familiar with the adage It’s raining cats and dogs. This describes an intense rain storm. Likewise, we can use this to illustrate the heavy shower of our thoughts. This mind-made downpour can saturate and literally drown object consciousness.

raining

How do we deal with this turbulent storm of raining thoughts? We usually sit in a rescue boat constructed of similar thoughts. However, the mind tells us that you will escape the rain by clinging to a particular thought. Nevertheless, these toss us back and forth like waves on the water. So, what do we do? The raining storm continues. A shower of thoughts is soaking us. We sought shelter in a boat made of them. Oh no! It looks like we are going down with the ship. Continue reading

Loving to Live and Living to Love

There is something to consider about unconditional love from the level of human existence. It is important to differentiate between our species interpretations of it and its actual source. Loving unconditionally may be possible when we base our existence from within life consciousness and not species consciousness. However, there seems to be a need to use a belief, religion, and or deity to obtain true unconditional love. Must we really nurture mental illusions based on assumptions, beliefs and even science to experience it unconditional?

loving

A key to experiencing unconditional love is in the total acceptance of it.  We should not expect that it conforms to our species demands and desires. An object-based love is usually conditional. It will remain this way until we are willing to step outside of the mind-imposed boundaries. We have always attempted to instill these existence boundaries on life. This could explain why we have mostly remained in a state of conflict throughout our existence; both personally and collectively. The conflict is only within us. Conflict does not come from the universe or life. We and only we are responsible for this conflict. We often take loving and living for granted. Continue reading

Answers but What if There Are None?

We constantly switch back and forth between asking questions and expecting answers. Furthermore, it is in our natural to be curious. This is what we do and have always done. We ask questions and we search for answers. People, this is to say, the personal and collective mind are there to tell us stories and illusions.

answers

Therefore, we usually seek answers based on our experiences. However, many are based solely on assumptions, thoughts and beliefs. Consequently, these cause conditioned behavior to develop. Hence, questions and answers are often fabrications that transpire throughout the tapestry of our experiences. These are the result of traits such as creativity, thoughts, emotions and ego. Furthermore, these traits; among others, are contributing factors in our relentless need to ask questions and expect a reaction. However, this usually originates in the mind and has nothing to do with living in a state of presence. Continue reading
