Unfulfillment of Mind, Body or of Self?

Google AI offers us this insight into why unfulfillment manifests in our experience of life. Unfulfillment means a lack of satisfaction, purpose, or achievement, stemming from unfulfilled obligations, unrealized potential, or a disconnect from one’s values, leading to feelings of dissatisfaction, disappointment, or numbness, often marked by a sense of ‘going through the motions’ without genuine joy or meaning.

Thus, is it accurate to write that dissatisfaction and unhappiness overshadow our perception of life and living? We find discrepancies everywhere in our life. Therefore, mental reactions generate disappointment and unfulfillment. Personal and social influences cause a pattern of restlessness. Creative intelligence and emotions are attributes of our species. People feel, interpret and mentally react to everything in the experience of life. Furthermore, all living organisms, great and small, think at some level and also have emotions and experience cellular metabolism development.  I include metabolism in this discussion to give you an additional stepping stone to self-discovery. Psychological Pain and How It Enslaves You

We use the term psychological pain to describe suffering, sorrow and other mental pains. Therefore, the first step in understanding this phenomenon requires us to understand the source of this pain. The mind, and solely the mind, is responsible for these reactions to life and living. Furthermore, mental pain is just a phantom illusion. Nevertheless, these phantoms usually overshadow each moment and seem very real.  Thus, a given depth of aware presence is beneficial before a person can acknowledge this pain of the mind.

A typical mind reaction, in example, is to blame everything around us for our difficulties. But actually, other people, situations nor the universe cause problems. It is primarily because we are not aware of our lack of presence. Let’s say that this is a lack of active conscious awareness. Most people are simply not aware enough to look inward instead of outward to understand their behavior. This psychological conditioning behavior is prevalent in most areas of our existence. Religion and beliefs are prime examples. Most people need, and want, a god to judge them, save them or punish them. It is a repetitive cycle that continually occurs throughout our history. The Inner Path Guides You Home

The inner suffering within you slowly manifests over many years in clock time. You smile and you laugh day by day. But, the hidden tears and hurting are obvious due to the inner torment that restricts you. Nevertheless, it is possible for you to discover clarity and even ongoing bliss. Simple conscious awareness is the way to inner serenity. However, you will not find any logic, explanations, silence or calmness in the world around you. Therefore, always gaze within the self to the presence of being. Everything is within you. And, everything manifests outward. How you observe yourself in this life is essential to the process of awakening to aware presence.

Nothing of this world can give you ongoing fulfillment and tranquility. However, conscious awareness unbinds these virtues that originate from the universe within you. Still, you are withdrawn. And, this is understandable because you live solely from the mind. Hopefully, and likely, the anguish you experience day to day will fade. The difficult situations suddenly will become new stepping stones to enlightenment on your inner path. Thus, focus on the realization that your difficulties and confusion result from mind conclusions during your unconscious state of being. Accordingly, the mind imposes the illusions of misery and despair when you are unaware.

Suffering Is Unnecessary and You Know It so Let Go

Something is always happening to you. And, the mind interjects thoughts and emotions as reactions to these daily situations. Thus, often this overwhelming mental behavior causes suffering because the mind interprets an experience as bad or unacceptable. Let’s use the example of hitting your finger with a hammer to illustrate. You hit your finger and it hurts. This is a fact. But, the mind construes the hurt finger as a drama due to countless reasons that are fictional illusions. Hence, thoughts and feelings attachment themselves to the pain in your finger. This mental behavior then becomes a repetitive pattern, if you are unaware, that might continue for minutes, hours or days. And, this causes the suffering that you feel.

A person hits their finger with a hammer and it hurts. Nevertheless this is pain and not suffering. Suffering is an inflection of the mind in an unaware person that can eventually result in mental and bodily dysfunction. Experiences stimulate the brain. Coincidentally, the mind then tries to interpret, define and label all brain stimuli. Accordingly, this usually causes an unaware person to feel confusion and anxiety during most experience. Why? Obviously, because there is not any sense of conscious presence. Unconscious behavior induces illusions of complexity. But, these illusions are only of the mind and usually not derived from any actuality of presence. Continue reading

Delusions of the Mind Obstruct Living Life

We stubbornly hold tight to repetitious mind delusions about life and living. Accordingly, the mind invokes a behavioral pattern of resistance and separation relating to the essence of our being. Mind-made separation from life and the act of being causes difficulty for everyone. Regardless, if a person is consciously awakening or not. The mind illustrates problems in a world of beliefs and concepts. Thus, thoughts and feelings condition us to think life is a problem to overcome. Consequently, the mind establishes difficulties, confusion and suffering as factors in the experience of being human.

Therefore, we forget that life blossoms through the manifestation of our being.  Hence, the majority of people still do everything the mind tells them. But, experiencing life and consciousness within ourselves and all objects is an act of Acknowledging, Accepting and Allowing beingness. Observation of Mind and Body

Observation of your level of awareness to any experience allows conscious awakening and expansion. There are many temporary superficialities that overwhelm and even restrict conscious awareness. Again, and again, something happens to us. And, we react to everything based on mind interjection. Let’s use respect for ourselves and others as an example. Society teaches us to respect ourselves and people, regardless of the behavior. Nevertheless, I suggest for you not to focus on respecting yourself and other people. I realize that this seems harsh. And, is contrary to everything the mind tells you. Nonetheless, please, give me a moment to expand on this suggestion. Let’s face the facts. We do not always respect ourselves and others. Consequently, the demands placed on us by such taught and conditioned behavior give us anxiety and frustration. This is because we usually unconsciously interact with only the superficialities of living.

Therefore, we center our unconscious focus on a thought, feeling, situation or person. Thus, we only experience the temporary interactions. But, isn’t there something beyond and deeper than what the mind tells you about something? Yes, that’s right. You feel something very serene in the background of any given experience. Devices of the Mind and How You Live

We convince ourselves that there must be a reason for living. And, there are many devices that the mind uses in attempts to justify life and living. Thus, our mental development uses, among other attributes, the power of beliefs to facilitate its needs. The awakening of our self-consciousness started a chain of events that complicate our existence due to these mind devices. Nevertheless, self-consciousness, when observed and applied correctly, is a portal to living in a state of enlightened beingness. There is an evolutionary process, of mind, body and consciousness that is an ongoing development. Strangely, the mind insists on dominating our evolution through behavior tendency. Therefore, both the physical body and conscious presence wither in the mind’s shadows. And, these mind interventions contaminate the flow and manifestation of universal energy.

The Insignificance of Our Thoughts

Terms such as self, human, or being are actually irrelevant. They ultimately mean nothing. These are only definitions and labels that our creative mind fabricates to categorize what we insist on interpreting. This is part of the evolutionary course of our mental development. We live from the mind. And, this is what we do. This does not mean that it is good, bad, right, or wrong. I am spelling this out with the hope of awakening an awareness in you that is beyond the mind. Acknowledge that there is an insignificance within your mind activities. This does not necessarily mean that we should not do what we do. We are human beings; what we do is part of existing as this person now.

Nevertheless, have you ever heard the statement: Being in the world but not of it? The Bible and many other writings dating back thousands of years share this wise insight. This is basically saying that we are now human beings in this world. It is okay to accept this form, but we do not need to be only this form with all its behaviors and tendencies. Theorist and Abstract Thinking

I was recently labeled a spiritual theorist that offers ideas and insight about conscious living that are abstract. A person with whom I regularly correspond wishes to discover the secrets to conscious awareness. Firstly, living in a state of unattached presence is not a secret. Furthermore, and therefore, no one has a magical wand that summons conscious living. One moment any given person is consciously aware. And, the next he or she is not aware. Our practice is to overcome temptations of the mind that can pull us back into the darkness of unconscious behavior.

She recently wrote that I base my writings on theories that are actually just projections of the mind. Her reaction was due to frustration. I suggested that she attempt to practice non-attachment in decisions relating to daily activities. I have never offered her any background stories of my experiences as a person. Therefore, the term theorist was the best explanation she had for my ideas and insight. The mind convinced her that I speak strictly from theory and not from experience. I share this with now to assure you that you, me and everyone experience all aspects of our human existence. It is not necessary to debate if any given person knows more or does more. Such categorizations only weaken conscious awareness. The act of being is universal to everyone and everything. Depression and Mind Repression

The world suffers from a state of global depression. I reflected on depression after a recent email correspondence. There are the medical aspects of depression. A person can experience unhappiness and anxiety due to biological factors that are genetic and chronic. Nevertheless, the majority of people experience self-inflected misery. This behavior irregularity undermines a person’s state of being. The assumption is that situations and people cause us despair and sadness. And, there is a tad of truth to this statement strictly from a practical viewpoint. Thus, most people are likely to believe themselves to be the thoughts in their head. A person will literally lose his or her true identity due to influences of the mind.

Hence, depression results due to unconscious reactions in daily experiences. A disoriented person misinterprets thoughts and emotions as something that defines them. However, another person, a thing, a thought or situation cannot truly express your state of beingness. The expression of life that manifests through you is your responsibility.

Let’s use the following example to illustrate. There is an accident. You experience bodily harm. The ailment or injury is real. There is pain. Are you the pain that is felt in that moment? No, of course not. The pain is strictly of the body. Therefore, whether you have anxiety, frustration or suffer is your choice. Continue reading
