Do this and, with practice, you will know and live in conscious enlightenment. Equally, you will know bliss and live in harmony with yourself and the world around you.
– Be you, completely, without limitation!
– Be happy when joy blossoms within you.
– Be sad when the experience justifies the expression.
– Be sick when the body is ill.
– Be poor.
– Be rich.
– Be fully alive, change what you can and accept the rest.
– Be dead through the acceptance that yes, someday, and in some way, you will die.
– Be…period! Don’t think, speculate or expect what to be.
– Just be. And, let everything flow. That is enough…
– In other words, be the presence within the moment, regardless of the details.

All details within the moment transpire, come rain or shine, regardless of your thoughts, emotions, contemplation, expectancy and attachments. Therefore, know that whatever you think or feel does not truly alter the actual beingness of your presence.
Bliss Manifests Within Conscious Presence
Purity and bliss blossom when the details of any given moment do not distract your sense of presence within the act of being. Thus, you experience clarity in any and all experiences. The difference between bliss and suffering depends on how you interact with life and the beingness of this moment. Thus, your relationship with the presence of being is the priority in every situation.
It is beneficial to understand that if you can first accept what happens at any moment, you will experience more harmony and bliss within yourself. Conscious enlightenment shines through when a person acknowledges the simply act of being in this moment. Your state of being is as it is and not as the mind tells us. Practice the following mantra during any thought, emotion or daily situation. This will nurture awareness to the isness of your presence in any moment. Ask yourself. What is the beingness of my being?
The mind tends to invoke complexity. It questions everything and when there are no answers it makes up assumptions, beliefs, and stories. In other words, the mind is oblivious to the actual isness of living. This is because determining why and how we live and love overwhelms the mind. This distracts you. Thus, contaminates the otherwise pureness of your presence of being.
