The presence of this moment is nothingness that transforms into somethingness. But how is nothing actually something? I cannot answer such an inquiry. Nor, do I wish to try. Instead, I personally observe emptiness and silence as the potential to become anything. This is the flow of energy without actual labels, limits or restrictions. Therefore, my practice is conscious presence within the vibrational transition of nothing to something. Practice this daily and that, what manifests might surprise you.

The isness of being, specifically, your being, manifests through the process of nothing transcending into something. Furthermore, conscious beingness has the potential to expand during this process. The one that looks beyond the mind acknowledges that aware presence offers the fulfillment of conscious enlightenment. Therefore, existence details, regardless of mind interpretations and labels, become secondary to your aware presence. Need I remind you that conscious presence flows best when there are no attachments to the details of your being. Thus, there within beingness, among what seems to be drama, confusion, tragedy and suffering remains a stillness of presence. And, I do not wish for you to believe or ponder on what I have written. Instead, I suggest that you unlearn what you think and simply practice unbiased observation of your presence in life.
Nothingness Nurtures the Essence of Your Being
Explicitly, the stillness of being is always discoverable within the eye of the storm we call human existence. You can step fearlessly into this realm of simplicity or choose to stay outside cast in a self-made Hell. The stillness of conscious presence is one step away. However, the mind attempts to make shadows that darken the way. Therefore, practice this mantra on a daily basis. Be gone details of a mind-made world, I am what I am and I shall always be free.
You are the creation that creates the creator, which in turn creates the creation. This is simply an endless circle, no beginning and no end. It is the simplicity within stillness that offers conscious clarity and enlightenment. I am that I am validates the pure essence of your being without attachment. This is pure beingness without need for external cause, interpretation or definition. You are self-sufficient.
