A person, thing or situation has the potential to provide useful signposts during your experience of life. Let’s use a flower to illustrate one of countless possibilities available on your path of inner self-discovery. I will write more about this later in the article. Are you awakening, consciously speaking? Do you acknowledge the conscious presence of your being? If yes, this suggests that you are in the process of shifting your focus from mind distractions to aware presence. Thus, yourself and the world around you offers new perspectives, freedom and enlightenment with each step on your journey.

Nevertheless, the awakening of your conscious presence during this process will still experience mind distractions on occasion. Therefore, thought and emotional details will also appear during your inner journey as disruptions. And, this type of mind influence can divert your sense of being away from potentially helpful signposts. Thus, your focus will shift to countless thoughts and feelings if you interpret these mind details as necessary. You will always have thoughts and emotions during your life experiences. And, unaware presence to your state of being will compel you to listen to the mind.
Signposts of the Mind Will Lead You Astray
Unawareness to our state of being results in confusion and misinterpretations. Thus, and often, a person will mistakenly focus on so-called mental signposts that are insignificant. Let’s use spiritual enlightenment as an example of this mind behavior. Firstly, it is beneficial to acknowledge spiritual enlightenment, in itself as nothing more than words. And, words are labels that confuse and obscure our presence of conscious being. Presently we consider modern spirituality to be the conscious observation of our inner self and our relationship to everything. Whereas, it is essential to realize that the universe is within us and we are within it. Thus, universal consciousness becomes more aware of itself through our aware presence.
Reach out now and consciously touch something with the energy of aware presence. Let’s use the conscious interaction with a flower to illustrate. The observation of a flower is an example of a signpost that provides clarity and spaciousness. However, this is only possible if you consciously, let’s say, spiritually observe the flower without mind interpretations or attachments. Therefore, and obviously, anything within the presence of your being has the potential to give you peace and clarity. And, this is possible in every moment when you practice living in conscious presence. The energy of conscious presence is beyond words, labels and even signposts and is available to you now.
